There are basically two ways to buy your hood:
- Exhaust-Only
- Exhaust with MUA (Make-Up Air) Plenum
Please keep in mind you still will NEED make-up air even if you chose an exhaust-only hood. Some contractors choose to supply the make-up air outside of the hood equipment so those contractor are looking for an Exhaust-Only hood. Traditional
About 90% of our customers need a traditional hood style. It is often the most value-priced option when it comes to Type I hoods.
Low Ceiling
If you have tight spot in your restaurant or food truck a Low Ceiling Hood will help you have a Happy Kitchen!
Oven/Dish
Type II hoods are for appliances that do not produce grease. Often this is your dish hood. This can also work with some ovens.
Concession
Food Trucks are ALL the rage! This model is most often used in Food Trucks where space matters!
